Strictly Set To Dominate Again…This Time On Christmas Day

After ruling the roost on Saturday night, the bookies are predicting that Strictly will reign supreme again on Christmas Day – with William Hill offering just Even money that it tops the festive ratings.

Strictly is ahead of Doctor Who at 3/1 and Mrs Brown’s Boys at 6/1.

“Strictly has dominated the airwaves since September and now it looks likely to bag the Christmas number one as well with a new, more family friendly festive slot,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.

The new judging panel has impressed this year and it is a very short price at 1/3 that all four return next year. The big question that remains is whether Strictly introduce the first same gender partnership in 2018 - Hills are offering 6/4 that they do.

Paula Radcliffe is 5/1 to be a contestant in 2018, with Mike Tindall 8/1 and Louise Minchin 10/1.
